Lost in Transition

I was drained and crazy stressed before finding myself sitting next to AHUM. I had no idea how coaching would help at that point.

However, Kostis managed to put it all into context, clear the fog, help me distinguish my priorities and put a plan together. 

He was able to produce valuable insights from our conversations, although at that moment my thoughts seemed void of any clarity to me.
